Innopro, in association with Wits University, is once again presenting  up to date seminars in 2010.

The first seminar for 2010 will be presented in Centurion (Gauteng).

This seminar, which is a full day seminar, is accredited by Wits University with the Engineering Council of SA (ECSA) for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) - validation code ELEN0003. Attendees will earn 1 credit in the compulsory Category 1.

The seminar commences at  08h30 (registration from 08h00) and continues until approx 16h30. A scrumptious lunch, and refreshments on arrival and mid-morning/afternoon, are included.

The seminar will be beneficial to persons involved in the design, management, insurance and/or maintenance of infrastructure and systems that can be affected or influenced by lightning and related electromagnetic interference. This includes for example:

• Insurance industry practitioners
• Technicians, electricians and maintenance staff

A short 2 hrs tutorial presentation is  also available for in-house training. This introductory tutorial is aimed at persons who need to have a better basic background understanding of the issues. The tutorial provides a good background in the principles of lightning and protection methodologies, as well as the risks and risk management issues.
